Biofeet® products are unique in their kind, 100% made in Italy, entirely handmade with top quality materials.
Thanks to the peculiar design of the plantar surface, they are the first supports to act on the biomechanics of the body's movement, giving an immediate feeling of well-being.
HOW BIOFEET IS MADE
The realization includes 3 main phases:

Design: this is the most important phase. The needs of each user are analyzed and both the most suitable materials for the composition of the support and the type of suitable biomechanical correction are identified.
​Thermoforming of materials in vacuum: in this phase the materials are placed in the oven and once the ideal temperature is reached they are printed in vacuum; following a precise order, one layer at a time (the layers can vary from 3 to 7 based on the needs). Each layer is processed by removal until the correct shape and correction is obtained.
Milling and shaping of the finished product: once the molding process is complete, the biomechanical support is shaped in the front part to best respect the shape and structure of the shoe in which it will be inserted.
